The merchants of falsehood and fake news have completely run out of ideas on the next lies to cook up against the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the governorship of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who, through dedication and focus on his viable vision for Lagos State, has remained the subject of positive discussions by the young and old across the state.
Of course, this increasing popularity and acceptability of Babajide Sanwo-Olu by all critical stakeholders in Lagos State, is too disturbing and unsettling for the camp of the devious distractors and anti-development elements in the state, whose ultimate wish is to see Lagos State fail.
But we must not succumb to their evil machinations and selfish intentions for Lagos.
After their initial shameful lies about the emergence and suitability of Sanwo-Olu for the governorship of Lagos State have failed woefully on their face, they are now trying to create ethnic tension in a state widely regarded as the most peaceful and comfortable home for all Nigerians, irrespective of their tribe.
Also, these agents of disorder have just attempted to alter the gains of a strategic engagement Sanwo-Olu had with Civil Servants in Lagos during which robust deliberations were made on how to institute a more virile and professional Civil Service in the state.
Tell me, who other than Sanwo-Olu, who has proven himself as an excellent manager of human resources and who significantly impacted the Lagos State Civil Service when he was the Commission for Establishments, can have an engagement with the civil servants in Lagos State and thereafter leave palpable fulfillment written on the faces of all attendees?
Thankfully, instead of paying traducers any attention, Sanwo-Olu has continued to double his campaign efforts in ensuring that all Lagosians, young and old, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa, are all carried along on the journey towards building a greater Lagos.
That's the way Sanwo-Olu is rising above the indolent distractors, and a sure path for him to claim overwhelming victory at the coming elections.
Please share and let this go viral. We must Work Together to Build A Greater Lagos.
